IMPACT 4Ms (Interprofessional Model for Practice, Age-Friendly Care and Teamwork) is a one-day immersive event, held by the UofL Trager Institute, that offers learning and skill-building for professionals dedicated to improving the lives of older adults.

This retreat is designed to help health care professionals, students and community workers gain essential knowledge and leadership skills for working with older adults. This event encourages collaboration across different specialties, helping participants see firsthand how working together can make a real difference in geriatrics.
