 5 is Dr. Natasha DeJarnett on Health & Environmental Justice for All, foll

 ms.\n\nDr. DeJarnett will share about her experiences including her time i
 n the White House Council on Environmental Quality where she supported the
  Biden-Harris Administration in executing the most ambitious environmental
  justice agenda ever along with local experiences here in Louisville.\n\nD
 r. Natasha DeJarnett is an Assistant Professor in the Christina Lee Brown
  Envirome Institute at the University of Louisville Division of Environmen
 tal Medicine researching the health impacts of extreme heat exposure and e
 nvironmental health disparities. She is also a professorial lecturer in En
 vironmental and Occupational Health at the George Washington University Mi
 lken Institute School of Public Health. Most recently, Dr. DeJarnett was t
 he Deputy Director for Environmental Justice Data and Evaluation at the Wh
 ite House Council on Environmental Quality.\n\nDr. DeJarnett has been a le
 ader in environmental health research for 20 years. Her positions in the e
 xecutive branch of the government, academia, as well as national environme
 ntal and public health non-profits have helped to advance our nation’s m
 ost ambitious environmental justice agenda, progressed research agendas fo
 r the environmental health workforce, established successful national clim
 ate change and health initiatives, supported community empowerment, and in
 spired the next generation of environmental health professionals. In addit
 ion, she champions environmental health and justice through her leadership
